Job Title: Virtual Executive Assistant (temp- part-time) remote

We’re currently seeking a Temporary Virtual Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to our CEO and Executive team. If you’re a pro at managing calendars for C-Suite executives and skilled in Microsoft office, we want to hear from you!
This part-time, remote position offers flexible hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Remote administrative support for the executive team, accommodating various time zones
- Expertly managing calendars and scheduling appointments across different time zones with impeccable time management skills
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations
- Communicating effectively and professionally both internally and externally, including with partners, collaborators, and board members.
- Collaborate on various projects with team members
- The ideal part-time schedule involves committing 2-4 hours daily, five days a week.
- Ability to monitor emails periodically throughout the day and collaborate with the Executive Team members pst.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Responsive with a customer service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with remote work and virtual communication tools to enhance productivity and efficiency
