The Role

We are looking for a few experienced UGC content creators who want to be part of the TikTok Shop program with us and make some money together. TikTok has yet to release this program to Canada, preventing thousands of content creators from making money doing what they love. But, if joining the TikTok Shop program was something you wanted to participate in, look no further. We want to partner with experienced Canadian UGC content creators so that you can make the content, while we post, and we profit together.

Note: We are not affiliated with the company of TikTok at all. We are an agency helping to bridge the gap between Canadians and Americans and identifying ways to work together.

For compensation, we pay based on performance. We do not pay based on a specific number of deliverables. You will have no minimum or maximum compensation here, and it will be a revenue share model where we split revenue based on percentage.

And: This is an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR position. You will not be an employee, you have to pay your own taxes, and there are no benefits of any kind. Do not apply if you are not okay with any of this.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce engaging videos of your choice, in any industry and any niche. Creativity is key.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of social media and content trends, incorporating innovative techniques and ideas into your content to keep your own brand relevant and engaging.
• Feedback Incorporation: Use audience feedback and performance analytics to refine and improve content strategies continuously.

Requirements

• Ideally have a decent-sized following on a social media platform; TikTok preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what content performs best.
• Creative storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
