There are two ways to get to Nokstella Eternal City in Elden Ring.

Method 1: Through Ranni’s questline

• Talk to Ranni the Witch in Ranni’s Rise in Liurnia of the Lakes.Nokstella Eternal City

• Accept her quest and follow her instructions.

• Use the Waygate at the top of Renna’s Rise to travel to Nokstella Eternal City.

Method 2: Through the Ainsel River

1. Find the Ainsel River Well in Liurnia of the Lakes.

The Ainsel River Well is located in Liurnia of the Lakes, in the northeastern part of the region. To find it, follow these steps:

1. Start at the Eastern Liurnia Lake Shore Site of Grace.
2. Head north along the eastern edge of the lake.
3. You will eventually come to a small, round structure guarded by a Golem.
4. Defeat the Golem and enter the structure.
5. Inside the structure, you will find an elevator that leads down to the Ainsel River Well.

The Ainsel River Well is a large, underground area home to various enemies, including Giant Ants, Gargoyles, and Mimics. Be prepared for a challenge if you decide to explore this area.

2. Jump down the well and follow the river to the Ainsel River Main.

To jump down the well and follow the river to the Ainsel River Main, follow these steps:

1. Stand before the elevator leading down to the Ainsel River Well.
2. Jump down the well and land on the ground below.
3. Follow the river to the north.
4. You will eventually come to a large, open area. This is the Ainsel River Main.

Here are some additional tips for jumping down the well and following the river to the Ainsel River Main:

1. Be careful when jumping down the well. A small ledge is at the bottom, but it is easy to miss.
2. The river is home to enemies, including Giant Ants, Gargoyles, and Mimics. Be prepared for a challenge.

4. The Ainsel River Main is a large and dangerous area. Be sure to be prepared before you explore it.

3. Find the Uhl Palace Ruins and navigate the ruins.

Here are the steps on how to find the Uhl Palace Ruins and make your way through the ruins:

1. Find the Ainsel River Well Depths Site of Grace. This is the closest Site of Grace to the Uhl Palace Ruins. You can find it by following the path north of the Liurnia Lake Shore Site of Grace.
2. Head southwest from the Ainsel River Well Depths Site of Grace. You will eventually come to a large, open area with a few ruins. This is the Uhl Palace Ruins.
3. Explore the ruins carefully. There are a few enemies to be found, but there are also a few items to be collected.
4. Find the tunnel that leads to Nokstella Eternal City. The tunnel is located in the southern part of the ruins.
5. Follow the tunnel to Nokstella Eternal City.

Here are some additional tips for finding the Uhl Palace Ruins and making your way through the ruins:

• The Uhl Palace Ruins are dangerous, so be prepared for a challenge.
• A few enemies are to be found in the ruins, including Skeletons, Imps, and Gargoyles.
• A few items are to be found in the ruins, including a Smithing Stone, a Flintstone Whetblade, and a Golden Seed.
• A Gargoyle guards the tunnel that leads to Nokstella Eternal City.
• Nokstella Eternal City is a large and dangerous area. Be prepared for a challenge.

4. Find the tunnel that leads to Nokstella Eternal City.

Once you’ve found the Uhl Palace Ruins, head south to find a tunnel that leads to Nokstella Eternal City. A Gargoyle guards the tunnel, so be prepared for a fight.

• You must have defeated Starscourge Radahn to access Nokstella Eternal City through the Ainsel River.
• Nokstella Eternal City is a large and dangerous area. Be prepared for a challenge.

Here are some additional tips for getting to Nokstella Eternal City:

• If you are following Ranni’s quest line, you must defeat Starscourge Radahn to progress. Radahn is a demanding boss, so level up and prepare for the fight.
• Have a torch or lantern if you are trying to reach Nokstella Eternal City through the Ainsel River. The Ainsel River is dark and dangerous; you will need light to see.
• Be sure to explore Nokstella Eternal City thoroughly. There are many valuable items to be found, including the Dark Moon Ring, which is required to complete Ranni’s quest line.
