Access Trust collaborates with six TVET colleges in the Western Cape – Northlink, False Bay, Boland, College of Cape Town, South Cape, and West Coast – to disburse the bursary to qualifying students. Fields of study covered include electrical infrastructure construction, engineering, information & communication technology, business management, media, and creative arts.

The bursary is available to full-time students aged 18 to 28 years old who have completed Matric with at least 50% aggregate. Applicants undergo a means test indicating household income less than R150,000 per annum. The bursary aims to uplift youth from disadvantaged backgrounds by fully funding their technical and vocational studies and cultivating their employability in infrastructure development and service delivery roles.
