Expenses Covered For The CSIR Bursary 2024
The bursary will provide cover for the following expenses:
- Undergraduate to Honours level: registration fees,

CSIR Bursary Program- Service Contract and Selection
After graduation, bursary candidates will have an obligation to work for CSIR. They will be expected to fulfill one year of employment for each year of funding received.
Shortlisted candidates will receive contact information and invitations for interviews. Candidates who do not receive any feedback should consider their bursary applications unsuccessful.

– Certified copy of your ID document
– Curriculum Vitae
– Certified copies of Grade 11 final results and Matric results to date, if currently in Matric
– Certified copy of your Matric certificate if completed Matric
– Full and most recent university transcript/record if currently studying (on institution’s letterhead)
– Proof of provisional university acceptance if currently in Matric (on institution’s letterhead)
– Proof of university registration if currently enrolled and studying (on institution’s letterhead)
– For students under 18: a completed and signed consent form by a parent or guardian to comply with POPI regulations (document available in .docx format)
– For students under 18: certified copy of parent/guardian ID document
