To change your shipping address on SHEIN, you must visit “shien.com,” log into your account and click or tap on “My Orders.” Now click or tap on the order you’d like to update, and on the next page, you can input your new shipping address.
Note: You can only edit or modify the shipping address for unshipped orders. This means you’ll be unable to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.

How to change the size on SHEIN
Just like the shipping address, you can change the size of an order through “My Orders.” All you have to do is, locate the order you’d like to change the size, cancel the order, and place a new order with the correct size—this approach only works for unpaid orders.
On the other hand, if you have already paid for the order, but it hasn’t been shipped yet, then you can contact SHEIN customer service to change the size to the correct size before it’s shipped.
